Amazing news!!! Since Tweetie is such a great mom, I thought I'd reach out to the community to see if there were any orphan foals in need and I found one! We got the foal over that day and attempted to graph her on to Tweetie, and to everyone's pleasure it was an instant success! She loves her new baby and the filly is doing much better mentally and physically now that she has a mom. She lost her mom at only a few days old and hadn't been doing well. Now she is bright, alert, happy, and packing on the pounds.
Salem isn't so sure about this girl coming in and stealing his mom, but Tweetie still watches over him and considers both of them her foals. This mare is worth her weight in gold.
