Horseback Riding Lessons
Gentle Gypsies is now giving riding lessons! Learn to ride atop one of our beautiful and gentle gypsy horses. We make learning fun and love to play games to improve your confidence and skill.
With over 23 years of riding experience and a degree in Equine Science from Colorado State University, our instructor will not only teach you HOW to ride, but also WHY we ride the way that we do, and why the horses respond the way that they do. We primarily teach western, but use elements from other styles such as vaulting (gymnastics on horseback) to help improve confidence and skill. Safety is our number one priority, and we never push our riders beyond their comfort level.
We're taking students ages 8 and up, and it's never too late to start!
